VietSonic develops machines around product requirements
Machine-building capability is demonstrated by the ability to coordinate the ultrasonic, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems. In a mask ear-loop welding machine, these systems must work together at the correct moment to create a weld at the specified position.
- Receive samples of the mask body and ear loop, together with the required weld positions and number of weld points.
- Evaluate the weldability of the material combination and select a suitable weld-point geometry.
- Design the welding horn, support base, or fixture for the required bonding area.
- Assemble the 28 kHz ultrasonic system, pneumatic mechanism, and control system.
- Conduct trial runs, adjust the settings, and verify the results on samples before delivery.
The final configuration must be based on actual samples. The machine shown in the video operates at 28 kHz and 300 W; the fixture, control method, and integration approach can be adapted to the requirements of each production line.
